Past Master Edwin F. Montoute Jr. is a seasoned technology, project management, and community engagement leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations move ideas into action. His professional journey began at Primavera Systems and continued through Oracle, where he held progressive leadership roles across customer support, consulting, technical program management, enterprise technology operations, and cross-functional delivery.

Known for his ability to build relationships, solve complex problems, and bring people together around a shared mission, Past Master Montoute has led initiatives involving global technology rollouts, customer experience improvements, stakeholder engagement, reporting, operations, and organizational change. His work blends strategic thinking with practical execution, making him a trusted partner for businesses, nonprofits, civic organizations, and community-based initiatives.

Past Master Montoute was raised into Prince Hall Masonry in June of 2004, along with six distinguished gentlemen: Past Master Larry J. Banks, Past Master Maurice D. Chism, Reginald E. Smith, Jerome Robinson, Eric W. Carr, and Ricky L. Smith Jr. Since that time, his Masonic journey has been rooted in brotherhood, service, leadership, and a commitment to uplifting the community.

Beyond his professional career, Past Master Montoute is deeply committed to service. He has led and supported hundreds of volunteer and community projects across the Philadelphia region, with a strong focus on youth development, education, mentorship, food insecurity, civic engagement, and nonprofit impact. He is active in Prince Hall Masonry, serves in civic and community leadership roles, and continues to use his experience to strengthen organizations that serve people.
